Sr. Engine Technician

Role & responsibilities

• Assembly /Disassembly/inspection of engines /Modules, in accordance with the applicable documents, respecting the safety and quality regulations.
• Perform maintenance operations in accordance with the technical instructions, respecting the safety, quality and environmental norms.
• Performs and certify detailed in-depth inspection, dimensional checks of parts, modules, sub modules and accessories as per valid maintenance data.
• Ensure to follow all instructions and procedures according to quality manuals and established inspection standards
• Ensure all calibrated tools are in good condition and verification checks conducted prior every use.
• Record the inspections performed in approved format and upload into IT systems
• Perform double verifications of the work performed as per technical quality procedures.
• Ensure to maintain positive identification segregation as necessary
• Prepare shop finding reports when non-conformity identified and disposition actions closed in service orders
• Reporting significant defects, discrepancies, incidents , accidents and ambiguities as per established company procedure
• Follow all the instructions and procedures in accordance with the quality manual.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Diploma-AME

Exp:5-15yrs

Experience working in Engine shop is mandatory

DGCA CAR-66 B1.1 Aircraft maintenance engineers License
