- Achieve efficiency target Daily/Weekly/Monthly Breakdown, Parts shortage part Handling Reduction, Sufficient Wear Parts maintaining Cycle time monitoring AMC areas (Pallet Buffer monitoring) coordination Repeated Problems
- Coordination with Supporting departments for countermeasure Uph change discussion

- Ensure Line production input/output are meeting the desired qty on daily/weekly/monthly basis Ensure
- Engine Over Stay for not more than 3 Days Achieving OSD target Daily/Weekly/Monthly in E/Assy line take countermeasures in non-achieved areas
- Process Parameters deviation area to be addressed, corrected improved
- Ensure adequate Mistake Proofing systems are in place at required areas properly functioning in machines Part Assembling,
- Handling inline Quality Issue Solving through Adequate training to new operators Critical process Quality Machines monitoring through continuous improvements QI care score ICS Score monitoring achieving in respective LinesEducation
