They are seeking a maintenance/overhaul specialist to join a highly motivated team for aircraft engine repairs and maintenance.

Role & responsibilities

• Execute MRO operations: Assembly and Disassembly of engines and engine modules,
• Inspection and repair of engines and engine parts,
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local aviation authority regulations,
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for regulatory audits,
• Should be able conduct balancing, boroscoping, and inspections, if required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, including 2 years as an approval holder for MRO work.
• Strong hands-on expertise in aircraft engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul. You should have performed at least 20 engine assemblies or disassemblies per year.
• Certified by the Local Aviation Authority to perform MRO on aircraft engines.
• Hands on experience with at least one of the following engine types:
• CFM56 (5A, 5B, 5C, 7B)
• V2500
• LEAP (1A, 1B)
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and safety-focused environment
• Willingness to learn the German language.
