Education Qualification: B.E/B. Tech ( Mechanical Engineering) Preferred Full Time, BOE

Role & responsibilities :

Role & responsibilities

• He should have experience in Erection, Commissioning, Repair, Maintenance and Operation of - Mechanical, Electrical and Instrument Equipment, Machines of Power Plant.
• OPERATION: he will be responsible for achieving - PLF, Heat rate, Efficiency of Boiler & Turbine, Aux. Consumption, Power Factor, Zero Injury (LTI), Zero LD.
• MAINTENANCE: He will ensure Effective Maintenance of predictive, Preventive, Repair, Shutdown & Breakdown.
• CHECKING: Equipment Conditions and Lubricants: Routine/Schedule, Shift, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and yearly.
• INTERNAL COMMUNICATION :Continuous interaction with Shift In charge, HOD Operation, HOD Maintenance Power Plant Manager, Other HOD and Executives, Engineers, Boiler Operators, Fitters, Technicians, Electricians, RO/DM. Chemists & Operators.
• EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION: Customers, Vendors, Contractors, Service Providers, And Visitors.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate with Relevant Experience of 20+ years in handling independently the Power Plant Operations & Mechanical Maintenance of Biomass based Power Plant.
