Job Opening: Finance Controller

Location: Coimbatore

We are looking for a Finance Controller to manage and oversee the financial operations of our company. If you have a strong background in finance and accounting, and you're ready to take on a leadership role, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily financial operations and manage month-end processes.

- Prepare monthly reports, including P&L statements, cash flow analysis, and budget plans.

- Ensure our financial records are accurate and comply with regulations.

- Work closely with auditors to finalize annual accounts and handle tax filings.

- Collaborate with the CFO to create funding strategies.

- Drive cost control and efficiency within the company.

- Handle accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collections and payments.

- Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.

- Lead and mentor a finance team, guiding them on improvement areas.

- Take on special projects and assignments as needed by management.

Requirements:

- Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12-15 years of experience.

- Experience working in corporate finance and partnering with senior leaders.

- Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

- Experience managing a finance team.

- Solid knowledge of financial regulations (Income Tax, GST, etc.).

- Good communication skills and ability to work with business leaders.
