Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Unit Head to spearhead our IT Hardware Enterprise Sales division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B sales, particularly in IT hardware, peripherals, and related products, with a proven track record of driving revenue and establishing long-term business relationships. This role demands a strategic leader capable of managing a high-performing sales team while fostering business growth in the corporate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT Hardware Enterprise Sales business unit, driving overall sales strategy and performance.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with corporate clients, focusing on B2B sales of IT hardware, peripherals, and related solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in large organizations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals, increase market share, and ensure profitability.
- Oversee the sales team's daily operations, provide mentorship, and drive the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and operations, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional service and support.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of market demands and ensure a competitive edge.
- Drive strategic initiatives and expansion plans for the business unit.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 17 years of experience in IT hardware, peripherals, and enterprise sales.
- Proven experience in leading a sales team and managing large B2B corporate accounts.
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware products, including desktops, servers, networking equipment, peripherals, and related solutions.
- Exceptional sales skills with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies that drive results.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus).
