Job Description

Key Objectives of this role:


  • Identify New business opportunities in line with organizations vision & growth plans,
  • Undertake detailed analysis of the product/service, market, feasibility, revenue models, funding & any other activity relating to identification & development of new business,
  • Build a deep understanding of the new opportunities & growth plans. Present the detailed report to the management.
  • Track and analyze the performance of business development activities and Prepare regular reports on progress, successes, and areas for improvement to inform senior management.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.
  • Analyze potential areas for expansion and growth to increase revenue streams.
  • Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing partners.
  • Plan and execute proper business and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
  • Use this information to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment and support business development initiatives.
  • Share insights and feedback from clients to help improve products and services.

Required skills & Qualifications:


  • Masters degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles.
  • B2B Experience and understanding of creating business models / profitability analysis will be critical,
  • Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective rapport, business development, sales strategies, prioritization and execution for business growth.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Adept in networking, project management and problem-solving.
  • Ability to adapt to the company’s culture effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.

  • Exceptional networking skills to develop new connections and opportunities.
  • Proficient in negotiating terms and closing deals that are beneficial for both the company and the client.

  • Ability to manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial approach to identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
