Job Description
Requirements:
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions and services.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of sales strategies and business plans to drive growth and market share.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks.
- Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Experience: 8 to 12 years of proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the finance industry.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the BFSI sector and the market.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Residence: Must reside in Mumbai for essential client meetings, engagement, and other sales activities.
