This is for an organization which is a leading provider for market data and subscription cost management based in Whitefield, Bangalore.
Shift timing: 2 pm to 11 pm (work from office, 5 day week, Company provides transportation ).
Budget for this position will be based on relevant experience, current CTC & market standards but not exceeding 14.5 LPA.
Payroll and HRIS Manager, Bangalore India.
The Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payroll/HRIS Manager to join our India team.
- This role requires an experienced professional with 6+ years of expertise in managing payroll and HRIS functions.
- You will lead the payroll function with one direct report and oversee global payroll operations across eight countries while ensuring HR system accuracy and seamless integration of changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process global payrolls across eight countries including: US, UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, Switzerland, India and Singapore on our global payroll platform ADP Celergo.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll operations.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory payroll regulations globally, including tax filings, benefits administration, and reporting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for payroll audits and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Maintain and update HRIS with employee changes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Implement data validation protocols and audit processes to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to streamline payroll and HRIS processes.
- Develop and document payroll and HRIS processes to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Act as the primary point of contact for payroll audits and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Monitor system performance and coordinate with vendors to address HRIS-related issues or enhancements.
- Generate and deliver HR reports and dashboards, providing insights into workforce metrics which support data-driven decision-making for HR and leadership teams.
- Ensure the HRIS integrates effectively with payroll, benefits, time-tracking, and other systems.
Job Requirements:.
- Bachelor's/master's degree in human resources or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in payroll management and HRIS administration.
- Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems including: ADP Workforce Now, Greenhouse ATS and Quantum Workforce is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of global payroll systems, regulations, and practices.
- Experience managing multiple payrolls across various regions is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lead and mentor a small team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
