Non-Tech Sr Recruiter (1yr contract/3rd party role/Pune)-Product Dev. Org


- We are looking for a Sr Non-Technical Recruiter for a year contract (Third party) for Product Development Company to be based in Pune location. (Hybrid)

- This is a 1-year contract position on third party rolls. (can be extended or absorbed on direct rolls of the organization based on need and performance of the candidate)

This is a senior but an individual contributor role

- Must have 8-12 years of experience in recruitment of non-IT roles for any IT company/BPO/KPO/Tech support with very good communication skills

- PLEASE mention your current CTC, expected CTC and notice period.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements for non-IT roles across India, Brazil, US and other regions

- Collaborate and partner with internal TA / HR stakeholders across globally

- Manage the entire recruiting life cycle from candidate generation through direct sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations, ATS maintenance, offer extension and closing candidates.

- Screening candidate resumes, job applications and assessing their relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience etc .Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals

- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

- Maintain a candidate database and track recruitment metrics

- Provide timely updates to hiring managers and candidates

- Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings

Qualifications:

- Post Graduation Degree in Human Resources or any other

- 8-14 years of experience in recruitment for non-IT roles(BPO/KPO/Tech support)

- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices

- Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)

- Experience using social media and other platforms for recruitment
