Closing Head

The Closing Head Residential Sales is responsible for leading and overseeing the closure of sales for residential real estate projects. This role involves managing the sales team, strategizing to meet sales targets, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless handover processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Closure Management: Lead the end-to-end sales closure process for residential properties, ensuring achievement of sales targets. Naukri

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the closing team to maximize performance and productivity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure smooth processes and effective coordination.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
• Reporting and Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal regulations, and prepare regular reports on sales performance.

• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
