Job Responsibility
HR Strategy & Operations
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary.

Organizational Culture & Employee Engagement
• Foster a positive workplace culture, promoting company values and employee
engagement.
• Lead initiatives to improve team morale, employee satisfaction, and retention.
• Organize team-building activities, wellness programs.
Administrative & Operational Management
• Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring efficient operations.
• Manage office and factory facilities.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Social Media & Communications
• Oversee the companys social media strategy in collaboration with the agency
• Oversee internal communication channels.
Employee Policies
• Maintain and update employee handbook, ensuring all policies are current and aligned
with best practices.
Leadership & Collaboration
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to HR and admin teams.
• Report to senior management on HR metrics, operational challenges, and progress on
key initiatives.
