Job Description

Job Purpose (Why Job Exists?)

To plan, attract, identify, and hire the best talent to meet the company s talent needs while ensuring a smooth, cost effective, efficient recruitment process and building the talent pipeline.
To contribute to help align the hiring strategy with the company s overall goals, improve the candidate experience, and contribute to building a strong employer brand.

To oversee and lead the manpower planning and talent acquisition strategy for an organization

Key Result Area

Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and role requirements.

Source candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job fairs, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, etc.)

Prepare and extend job offers, including compensation, benefits, and other employment terms.

Monitor and track job postings to ensure they are current and aligned with the company s hiring goals.

To on board employee by ensuring a smooth transition, providing training, handling paperwork, and creating a positive employee experience from day one.

Mapping the desired organisations and head hunting

Prepare and suggest the suitable manpower plan and ensure organization structures as per the policy, suggest the possible manpower optimization plan.
