Business Delivery Manager - TA

I. Primary Responsibilities

1. Team Management:

• Lead & manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
• Set clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and deliverables.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.
• Recruit, hire and build the team.

2. Recruitment Deliverables:

• Devise sourcing strategy & recruit using multiple channels - agencies, job boards, referrals, campaigns basis generic, niche & super niche skills we hire.
• Serve as a trusted business partner to the GCoE Business Leadership Team, offering counsel, expertise collaboration, and in depth understanding of business variables in relation with TA function
• Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practice from a recruiting lens including building affinity, sourcing, training, and selection strategies.
• Lead with data, providing recruiting status reports and communications to senior leadership and key business partners/cross functional business partners.

1. Process Adherence and Efficiency:

• Ensure process adherence and develop checks & balances to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Continuously evaluate and improve hiring practices, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Monitor data performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

1. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to understand requirements and provide required insights.
• Understanding business needs and driving high levels of service and delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and tools for various types of hiring needs.
• Proficiency in data analysis and finding trends.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
• Project management experience is a plus.
