Job Purpose (Why Job Exists?)
This position includes managing shift-based Electrical Maintenance activity, troubleshooting Electrical issues and monitor repairs on machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, and possess good problem-solving skills
Key Result Area
- Equipment maintenance & give suggestion to avoid repetitive breakdown
- Following safety protocols includes Electrical Safety, LOTO, PTW, WAH, HW, Hot work compliance
- Respond to Emergency breakdown
- Electrical Maintenance Record Keeping
- SAP & Documentation compliance work
- 5S activity at Panel room, Motor Workshop
- JSA & Risk assessment prior to critical jobs & implementing on site
- Following Good engineering practice
- SOP training
