Job Purpose (Why Job Exists?)
This position includes managing shift-based Maintenance activity, troubleshooting mechanical issues and monitor repairs on machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mechanical maintenance, be able to work independently, and possess good problem-solving skills
Key Result Area
- Knowledge of machine maintenance & give suggestion to avoid repetitive breakdown
- Following safety protocols includes PTW, LOTO, WTH, Hot work compliance
- Respond to Emergency breakdown
- Maintenance Record Keeping
- SAP & Documentation compliance work
- 5S activity at Workshop & at Plant were maintenance work has been executed
- JSA & Risk assessment prior to critical jobs & implementing on site
- Following Good engineering practice - Gasket selection, Bolting standardization
- SOP training
