Asst. Manager - TA & MPP

To oversee and lead the manpower planning and talent acquisition strategy for an organization

Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and role requirements.

Source candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job fairs, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, etc.)

Prepare and extend job offers, including compensation, benefits, and other employment terms.

Monitor and track job postings to ensure they are current and aligned with the company’s hiring goals.

To on board employee by ensuring a smooth transition, providing training, handling paperwork, and creating a positive employee experience from day one.

Mapping the desired organisations and head hunting

Prepare and suggest the suitable manpower plan and ensure organization structures as per the policy, suggest the possible manpower optimization plan.

Recommend right talent acquisition strategy and oversee the progress of TA process across the organization.

Recommend the suitable changes in the org. structure to remove any redundancy, making lean structure
