Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office administration tasks, ensuring smooth operations of the organization.
  
• Oversee canteen management, guest house management, facility management, and facility administration to maintain a comfortable working environment for employees.
  
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  
• Perform SAP-related activities as required.

• 5-7 years of experience in administration or related field (facility management).
  
• Strong knowledge of canteen management systems.
  
• Excellent guest house management skills.
  
• Proficiency in facility administration procedures.
