Purpose:
As a Brand Marketing/ ATL Manager, you ll play a pivotal role in shaping and promoting the brand image of our organization. You ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, with a focus on both Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the Line (BTL) strategies. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams will be essential in driving brand awareness and growth."Experience: Proven track record in brand marketing, ATL, or related roles. Familiarity with both traditional and digital marketing channels.
Area of Responsibility
Campaign Strategy and Execution:Develop and implement effective ATL and BTL marketing campaigns. Collaborate with creative teams to create compelling content and visuals. Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Audience Targeting and Segmentation:Identify and understand target audiences. Tailor marketing messages to resonate with specific customer segments.
Channel Selection and Optimization:Choose appropriate marketing channels (e.g., TV, radio, print, digital) based on campaign goals. Optimize channel performance through data analysis and adjustments.
Brand Monitoring and Compliance:Regularly monitor brand messaging, visual identity, and compliance. Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, PR) to align brand messaging. Build and maintain relationships with external partners (agencies, media outlets).
Market Research and Insights:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior. Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies.
