Junior Payroll Specialist

Purpose of the Role
To manage all non-confidential payroll related activities, thereby allowing the payroll lead to focus on core responsibilities and provide support in other work areas.

Key Metrics of the Role
1.Timely and error free collation of payroll inputs from locations and collation of payroll input file
2.F&F data collation, file preparation and sharing the inputs with vendor
3.Publishing the data on F&F to HRBPs and other stakeholders to reduce F&F TAT
4.Preparation of error free gratuity sheet calculations, depositing the individual gratuity cheque in bank account
5.Managing PF documentation work, sharing the PF reports along with compliance vendor
6.Coordinate with the service provider and manage the location wise PT payments and maintain the location wise PT tracker
7.Transferring Vasai Loan contribution to Vasai Janata Bank with the help of finance team, deducted from salary
8.Transferring NPS contribution to HDFC with the help of finance team, which will be deducted from salary
