Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development initiatives through strong knowledge of B2B e-commerce platforms like Udaan, India Mart, Alibaba, etc.
- Identify and onboard new vendors and business partners to expand product categories.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain key account relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with operational and financial standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-8 years of experience in B2B e-commerce companies (e.g., Udaan, Trade India, Amazon Business, Moglix, etc.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce sales cycles, vendor onboarding, and account management.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and business applications.
