Key Account Manager - Beauty eCommerce (1-3 yrs)

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations and hold the relationships with the platform POCs to make the company one of the fastest-growing brands on the platform

- Create, manage and optimize product listings and merchandising for maximum visibility and conversion

- Monitor inventory levels, prepare forecasts, and coordinate with the platform to raise POs at the right time to ensure products are always in stock

- Coordinate with the operations team to process and fulfill POs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery

- Develop and execute tailored marketing campaigns specific to each marketplace to drive traffic and sales

- Regularly analyze key metrics including sales data, customer feedback, competitor data, and market trends to make data-driven decisions and recommendations rack key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain dashboards to monitor performance and manage unit economics
