Job Summary : We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate marketing and a strong understanding of social media management. You will be responsible for developing content ideas, identifying market trends, and executing on-site marketing strategies to boost visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to generate relevant content ideas.

- Develop strategies for on-site marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals.

- Collaborate with the sales and design teams to enhance online and on-site presence.

- Track and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies for maximum impact.

- Coordinate with external vendors and manage event promotions and on-ground marketing initiatives.

Qualifications :

- 2-3 years of experience in real estate marketing or a similar field.
