Job Description

POSITION: EXECUTIVE- BTL MARKETING/(Real Estate)
Job Description

  1. Campaign Execution:
    • Assist in planning and executing BTL marketing campaigns, such as product launches, promotional events, roadshows, exhibitions, and in-store activities.
    • Coordinate logistics for events and activations, ensuring smooth implementation.
    • Support in setting up and managing point-of-sale (POS) displays, and in-store promotional materials.

  1. Vendor Management:
    • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and agencies to ensure timely delivery of materials and services related to BTL activities.
    • Track budgets, negotiate prices, and manage relationships with external partners to maximize campaign effectiveness.

  1. Market Research & Consumer Insights:
    • Conduct consumer research to understand target audiences, their preferences, and market trends.
    • Provide insights from campaign data, consumer interactions, and feedback to improve future campaigns.

  1. Promotions & Sales Support:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional strategies and activities that align with sales objectives.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns through KPIs such as footfall, lead generation, and conversions.

  1. Reporting & Analysis:
    • Prepare detailed reports on the performance of BTL campaigns, tracking metrics like attendance, engagement, and ROI.
    • Analyze campaign data and provide recommendations for optimization.

  1. Brand Representation:
    • Act as a brand ambassador during events, ensuring that brand messaging and values are consistently communicated to the audience.
    • Maintain a high standard of brand presence in all marketing materials and consumer touch points.

  1. Collaboration & Teamwork:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, design, and product) to ensure alignment and integration of BTL strategies with broader marketing goals.
    • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and ideation for innovative marketing solutions.





Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in BTL marketing, event management, or promotions.

Skills:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Frequent travel to event locations and promotional venues.
  • Occasional evening and weekend work to support events or activations.
