POSITION: SALES MANAGER

Job Description

• An efficient Individual with a minimum 10 years experience in Residential Real Estate with Renowned companies in Kolkata.
• To achieve sales target in the best possible way
• Meeting with channel partners and building new channel partner teams for achieving sale targets
• Meeting with digital agency and portals on regular basis regarding quality and quantity of leads
• Review of all outdoor campaigns such as hoardings and signage are placed in proper position to achieve best outcome from them for betterment of projects
• Analyzing all leads received on daily basis and keeping a check on if each executives CRM is updated accordingly and reporting the same on daily, weekly, monthly basis.
• Making new and innovative plans for marketing strategy and generating leads along with BTL activities
• To keep a close check on the performance of team leader and executives and cross checking by making cold calling and meeting certain clients and making sure that the team leader and sales executive is doing their work honestly.
• Dealing with the creative agency and ensuring each creative designs are updated on all platforms properly and submit report on fortnightly/monthly basis.
• Updating all social media platforms & hoardings as per current offers and strategy
• Conducting survey around the area with new developments, transport facilities, nearby projects, market area etc. and submitting report monthly.
• Proper training to team leader and executives in regards to new developments, transport facilities, nearby projects, market area etc.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Reviewing dealing process and site visits done by executives.
• Ensuring the executives achieve their respective targets.
• Check all sites regularly and keeping a check on the reports at the end of the day
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Participation in strategy meetings with Marketing Team
• Generate Reports (Daily, Weekly & Monthly)
