POSITION: COST ACCOUNTANT
Job Title: Cost Accountant (Cost Accountant/CA Finalist Background)
Role and Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Compliance:
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (Income Tax, GST, etc.) and other regulatory requirements.
• Monitor the audit process and liaise with auditors during internal and external audits.

• Strategic Financial Planning:
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Assess and manage financial risks, and propose corrective actions when necessary.

• Team Management & Leadership:
• Lead a team of accountants, finance managers, and other finance professionals.
• Provide mentorship and support for the development of the finance team.

• Cash Flow & Treasury Management:
• Oversee the companys cash flow, managing working capital efficiently to ensure the liquidity needs of the business are met.
• Manage banking relationships and optimize cash management.

• Internal Controls & Risk Management:
• Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
• Implement best practices in accounting policies and procedures to minimize financial risks.

• Taxation & Statutory Compliances:
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings (direct and indirect taxes), including GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.
• Keep update of changes in tax laws and ensure compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Educational Qualification:
• Cost Accountant - Must be a qualified Cost Accountant /CA Finalist with a proven track record in accounting and financial management.

• Experience:
• 6-7 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, and corporate taxation.

• Skills:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficient in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial data to senior management and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.

POSITION: SR. EXECUTIVE-ACCOUNTS
Job Description

• Create detailed journal entries and post them to the general ledger (GL) to track all income statements and expenses
• Handle all accounts payable and receivable on a daily basis to make sure each invoice and expense report is accurate
• Reconcile all business accounts to ensure our records match up and no transaction gets lost Enter financial data into computer software, making sure all bills and invoices are filed correctly.
• Facilitate all incoming payments and outgoing checks, including printing, obtaining signatures for, and distributing checks as necessary.
• Follow up with vendors for accounts payable and keep in touch as needed and ensure bills are paid on time.
• Daily posting of transactions and maintaining the general ledger.
• Conduct month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting closes.
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Generate consolidated financial statements.
• Handle taxes, consulting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare balance sheets.
• Assist with taxation (GST & TDS) including filing returns.
• Audit financial documents thoroughly.
• Manage GST & TDS filing processes.
• Finalize accounts.
• Handle corporate banking activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: - Min. 4-5 Years experience in Accounts, Finance & Data Management.
• Qualification: Min. B. Com; M.Com, will be preferred.
• Computer Knowledge: Strong IT skills, including database Mgmt, MS WORD, EXCEL (Advanced)
• Working knowledge of management software programs, including Tally, CRM, ERP, Oracle, etc.
• Statutory Compliance: Knowledge of GST, TDS & other statutory compliances.
