We are looking for an Asst. Manager/Manager for Marketing preferably from IT Industry with relevant experience of 3+ Yrs.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Professional who should have an experience in and would be responsible for researching, planning, creating and executing different marketing campaigns for the products and services of the company on various online and offline platforms including social media to generate business leads.
The candidate should be confident and responsible about this role and must be able to take responsibility to generate business leads through various platforms.

He/she must be able to demonstrate instances of his/her past achievements within the role. He/she must be able to work independently as well as a part of team of different skills to deliver the results.
He/she must be able to generate different MIS report for the management to analyze the progress and take strategic decisions for Marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities: -

1. Market Research

• Perform market research for company's products/services.
• Prepare buyer's persona for targeting our products/services.
• Prepare competitor analysis report.
• Prepare SWOT analysis report for building marketing strategy.
• Identify ideal marketing channels for a particular product / service.

2. Marketing Plan

• Prepare a target-based marketing plan for marketing channel as identified on Market Research.
• Must be able to prepare a reasonable marketing budget based on Market Research.
• Run Marketing Campaigns for achieving measurable results.
• Prepare Content Strategy for the Year/Quarter with clear and measurable goals.
• Prepare Marketing Calendar for the year in advance and schedule the contents accordingly.

3. Deliver

• Execute marketing tasks as per marketing plan.
• Research and prepare contents in advance for upcoming marketing events.
• Engage customers and generate leads.

4. Report

• Prepare MIS report for the results on the Marketing Campaigns and share it with the management. It should include:
• Analytics
• Statistics on pre and post marketing results.
• Analyze the working and non-working content types.
• Build improved strategy based on Campaign outcome.

5. Marketing Tasks

• Perform on-page/off page SEO for the company website and social media pages.
• Deliver engaging contents on various marketing platforms.
• Run paid advertisements for the company.
• Prepare a marketing budget analysis report for effective marketing strategy.

• Market Research - searching online, competitor analysis and SWOT Analysis.
• Creative Skills - preparing posts, articles, presentations, videos, reels and ad banners.
• Planning Skills - preparing and executing marketing plan. Preparing customer persona, customer journey for generating leads.
• Persuasion Skills- for generating leads out of customer engagement, preparing customer journey.
