SAP TM Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and design solutions using the SAP Travel Management module.
  
• Configure and maintain SAP Travel Management functionalities, including Travel Requests, Travel Planning, and Expense Management.
  
• Integrate SAP Travel Management with other SAP modules, such as HR and FI/CO, to ensure seamless data flow.
  
• Support implementation, upgrades, and customization of SAP Travel Management functionalities.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand travel policies and provide technical solutions to streamline processes.
  
• Train end-users and provide documentation to ensure proper utilization of the SAP Travel Management module.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring compliance with company travel policies and regulations.
  

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with SAP Travel Management (FI-TV) configuration and customization.
  
• Strong understanding of integration points with SAP modules such as HCM and FI/CO.
  
• Knowledge of travel-related compliance and expense management processes.
  
• Proficiency in debugging and resolving technical issues in SAP.
  
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with business users and technical teams.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP Fiori apps related to travel management.
  
• Knowledge of travel expense reporting and reimbursement tools.
  
• Familiarity with international travel and expense compliance standards.
  

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
