Job Description: Partner Sales Manager - North America (Remote: India/Pakistan) Location: Remote (Based in India or Pakistan, with flexible working hours to align with North America time zones) Department: Sales & Alliances Position Summary Royal Cyber is looking for an experienced and motivated Partner Sales Manager to manage and expand strategic partnerships for the North American region. This remote role, based in India or Pakistan, requires a candidate who can build and nurture relationships with key technology partners, drive co-selling initiatives, and create impactful go-to-market strategies to meet revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the technology ecosystem, strong sales acumen, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities 1. Partner Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with technology partners such as Salesforce, Adobe, commercetools, HCL Commerce, SAP, AWS, GCP, and Microsoft. Act as a liaison between Royal Cyber and partner organizations in the North American market. Align partner objectives with Royal Cyber s strategic goals to create mutually beneficial opportunities. 2. Co-Selling and Revenue Growth Identify, develop, and execute co-selling opportunities with technology partners. Collaborate with partners and internal teams on joint go-to-market (GTM) campaigns and initiatives. Work closely with the sales team to drive partner-led opportunities and ensure successful deal closures. 3. Partner Enablement and Engagement Conduct training sessions to educate partners on Royal Cyber s services, solutions, and industry expertise. Provide partners with relevant sales collateral, case studies, and technical knowledge for effective representation of Royal Cyber. Ensure compliance with partner certification programs and maintain active status with all key partners. 4. Strategic Planning and Reporting Develop and execute a strategic plan for partner growth in North America. Set and monitor quarterly and annual revenue goals from partner-led opportunities. Provide regular reports on partner performance, pipeline, and overall contribution to revenue. 5. Event and Campaign Management Represent Royal Cyber in virtual and in-person partner events, webinars, and trade shows focused on the North American market. Organize and lead joint marketing activities, such as webinars, workshops, and roadshows. Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and drive brand visibility. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in partner sales, alliances, or business development, preferably in IT or technology. Skills & Expertise Strong understanding of cloud, commerce, CRM, AI, and digital transformation technologies. Proven track record in managing partner relationships and achieving co-selling targets. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a remote environment. Familiarity with partner ecosystems of technology providers like Salesforce, Adobe, AWS, and SAP. Additional Requirements Flexible working hours to align with North American time zones. Strong proficiency in tools like Salesforce CRM, PRM platforms, and project management tools. Willingness to travel occasionally, if required, for partner events or team meetings.
