Job Description

Key Responsibilities Solution Design and Architecture Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Creatio CRM solutions tailored to banking requirements. Define solution architecture aligned with business needs, focusing on sales, marketing, and service modules. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GDPR and other banking standards. Implementation and Integration Lead the end-to-end implementation of Creatio CRM, including system configuration and customization. Integrate Creatio CRM with existing systems such as SharePoint, core banking solutions, and third-party applications. Optimize workflows and automate processes using Creatio s low-code/no-code tools. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide thought leadership and recommendations for system improvements and innovations. Performance and Scalability Ensure the solution supports the bank s scalability requirements and aligns with long-term IT strategy. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability. Documentation and Training Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and user guides. Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on Creatio CRM features and best practices. Qualifications Mandatory Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 2 years working on Creatio CRM implementations. Proven experience in the banking/financial services industry, understanding banking processes and workflows. Expertise in Creatio CRM s customization, business process automation, and API integrations. Proficiency in database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and web technologies (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, REST APIs). Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and data privacy regulations in the banking domain. Preferred Experience with cloud and on-premises deployment of Creatio CRM. Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (e.g., SharePoint, Azure). Certification in Creatio CRM or related low-code platforms. Knowledge of DevOps practices for CRM deployment and maintenance. Key Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Project management skills to oversee CRM implementation and upgrades.
