● Interpret and analyse Operation Standards & Drawings, GD & T.

● To provide problem solving using Quality Tools.

● Good knowledge in handling Jigs & Fixtures.

● Knowledge on Cutting Tools for effective optimization.

● Ability to manage and troubleshoot CNC Lathe & VMC Programming.

● Hands on experience in managing IATF Documentations.

● Good experience in MS Office.

• Intermediate knowledge in material Properties (metallurgy) for better tool selection and Proficient in Engineering Drawing Reading & understanding
• Hands on experience in Machine Setup/ CNC VMC programming
• Basics in Business Acumen for better inventory control at line.
• Intermediate to proficient in problem solving techniques including, RCA, RBA, 8D, etc. ●Auditing in IATF. ●IT Literacy - MS Excel & MS Office

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering

Diploma with 5 to 7 years and graduate with1 to 3 years of experience

Machine Shop / Machining Background / Automotive
