Senior Engineer

Location: Vallam Vadagal, Sriperumbudur
Department: Product Engineering

• Roles And Responsibilities :
  1. To handle and understanding of 3D Modeling (Autodesk Inventor / Creo)
  2. Conduct APQP to align with project milestones. Prepare PPAP documents and perform
  FMEA to identify and mitigate risks
  3. Proficiency in GD&T principles to drawings and designs to ensure precise communication
  of part features and tolerances.
  4. Develop detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint for
  project tracking and communication
  5. Execution of New Development as per Time plan.
  6. Hands on experience in handling Measuring equipment for CNC & VMC machines
  7. Knowledge in handling ECR / ECN change management effectively to document and
  implement design modifications
  8. Should able to handle and manage systems (IATF 16949)
  9. Able to work in PLM / SAP

• Competence Required (Technical & Behavioral):
  1. Basic knowledge of 3D Modeling (Autodesk Inventor / Creo)
  2. Strong knowledge in PPAP, APQP and FMEA documentation
  3. Auditing - to handle IATF & customer audits
  4. Project Management and Time Management
  5. IT Literacy - Intermediate in SAP, Excel and PPT.
  6. Good team player
  7. Good communication skills to maintain good relation with internal and external stake
  holders.
  
• Minimum Job Requirements :
  1. Educational Qualification (Regular): Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering,
  2. Experience: For diploma 7 to 10 years of experience and for graduates 5 to 7 years of experience
