Job Title : Senior Executive / Assistant Manager
Location : Vallam Vadagal - Joint Venture
Department: Sales

Roles And Responsibilities :
a) Customer Account Management
- Monthly Dispatch and Delivery planning
- Response to routine queries to the customers.
-Review of plan Vs actual every week for dispatches & deliveries and NPD
- Periodic follow up on accounts recievables
- Review of plan Vs actual for dispatches & deliveries
b) RFQ Management
- On time Submission of Quote for New RFQs - (within customer required/agreed dates)
- Uplaoding of all RFQs to PLM - related all customers,
-Daily Follow ups with all related departments for RFQ status and completion.
-Ensuring Sample development for new/ECN business in close coordination with internal
functional teams.
-Timely submission of samples
c) Market Research
- Getting data related to customer/ competitor and analyzing the same
d) Project Management

Minimum Job Requirements :
Educational Qualification (Regular): BE / B.Tech / MBA (Sales / Marketing)
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing
Industry Exposure: Manufacturing / Automotive Industry
