Maintenance Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of CNC controllers and
  automation systems.
• Write, modify, and debug ladder logic for PLC-based machines.
• Perform robot teaching and program modifications.
• Interpret and work with machining part programs (M-CODES and G-CODES).
• Understanding of selecting BOM for machine modification.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in hydraulic and pneumatic-based machines.
• Work independently under critical situation.

Competence Required (Technical & Behavioral):

● Hands-on experience in servo motors, drives, and motion controllers.

● Sound knowledge in handling machines Fanuc Oi-TF, Gantry Automation, Yaskawa
Robots, and KUKA Robots.

● Hands-on experience in logic writing for Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, and Omron PLCs.

● Good knowledge in electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

● Good knowledge in PLC programming.

●Auditing in IATF.

●IT Literacy - MS Office
