Role & responsibilities

1.To manage smooth and efficient operation of Electrical Maintenance

2. To monitor the compliance to Control Plan & Job Standards, Daily check sheet / monitoring to
maintain process health.

3. To plan and develop the skill set in Shift members as per roles and responsibility

4. To Monitor Manpower and glass breakage due to machine

a. Zero Machine breakdown

b. Manpower Rotations and Multi skilling's as per schedule

C. Manpower Optimizations

5. To review & reduce repair & maintenance Cost and to reduce cost of Indirect consumables

6. To monitor & implement SOP's for safety so as to build safe working environment by ensuring
adherence to safety norms.

7. To monitor of the maintenance activities in order to provide uninterrupted supply of utilities-
Compressed Air, Water and Steam to ensure smooth operation.

8. To maintaining the equipment's/machineries in healthy condition in order to support
production activities.

9. To evaluate & undertake the improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and
financial improvements.

10. To Prepare, track & regulate performance against annual repair & maintenance budget of the
department

11. To track and control the utility consumptions - Compressed Air, Water & Steam without any
disturbance in process.

12. To prepare & set annual & monthly targets For

1.Break down Time.

2.Maintenance Checks.

3.Repairs/Modification Cost.

4.Inventory levels.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have

1. Good Technical knowledge about electrical & mechanical maintenance

2. Knowledge of critical spares

3. Knowledge of PLC
