Project Sales Manager-Bangalore

Greeting from Asahi India Glass Limited. We are looking for Business Development Manager (Project Sales) for Bangalore location.

Drive sales growth by supporting trade customers in liquidating Value Added Products (VAP), expanding, and maximizing AIS VAP business through trade network & influencers. Achieve sales targets, maintain healthy customer relations, and ensure continuous lead generation for business growth. Preparation of MIS and maintaining pipeline of customers for business.

• To maintain the leadership position in coated glass
• Expansion & Promotion of VAP Products in both Primary & secondary market by supporting channel partners in liquidating their stock.
• Conducting meets, participating in exhibitions/conferences and knowledge sharing sessions.
• To facilitate and review improvement of product mix with focus on value added glass.
• To have in depth knowledge of product features, technical aspects & product specification for providing solution to the customers.
• Timely settlement of customer complaints
• Service levels and sample distribution.
• Ease and accessibility of follow ups and regular interaction with channel partners & Influencers
• To impart technical knowledge and knowhow to the team/ channel partner and other stake holders.
• Identify and implement development initiatives in order to improve overall capability.
