Sr Specialist/AM -Talent Acquisition (Fintech)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Recruiter with 6-12 years of experience to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing the offer process. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of recruitment best practices for hiring in Fintech, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of attracting top talent for Fintech.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development:

• Identify and engage qualified candidates using various sourcing methods, including job boards, networking events, and referrals.
• Develop a strong candidate pipeline for key roles, ensuring a continuous flow of talent for critical positions.
• Cultivate relationships with potential candidates, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the hiring process.

Candidate Screening & Selection:

• Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screenings, and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
• Use behavioral and situational interview techniques to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit for each role.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job needs and provide insights into the market and candidate pool.

Interview Coordination & Communication:

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely and clear communication with all parties involved.
• Facilitate candidate assessments, tests, or any other selection tools as required by the role.
• Gather and share feedback with hiring managers and candidates promptly.

Offer Management & Onboarding Support:

• Support in the offer process, including salary negotiations, offer letter generation, and pre-employment checks.
• Work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience from offer acceptance through onboarding.

Recruitment Reporting & Process Improvement:

• Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
• Identify and implement recruitment best practices and strategies to streamline and improve the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the recruitment landscape to keep hiring practices competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6-12 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
• Incumbent should have worked in organizations that support in streamlining of technology for financial services, trading, digi wallet etc. It is the technology side of the So, the incumbent will ideally hire people like developers, architects, UI/UX,product support etc.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, such as NaukriGulf, Naukri India, LinkedIn Recruiter, other job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic
  environment.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently under ambiguous supervision and ability to handle a large volume of recruitment under pressure.
