• Understanding of labor laws and employment regulations in KSA.
• Knowledge of diversity and inclusion hiring practices.
• Ability to assess candidates potential and fit within the organization.
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition 5-7 years. Preferable in Energy sector or O&M field.
• Familiarity with Success Factor, job boards, and social media recruitment tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
