Role Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Collections Manager to join our team in Jaipur.

- This is a full-time, on-site role that requires a proven leader with expertise in collections, particularly for Loan Against Property (LAP) profiles.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the collections team, devising and implementing effective collection strategies, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding debts while maintaining compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day collections operations to achieve monthly and annual recovery targets.

- Manage, train, and mentor a team of collection agents, fostering a high-performance work environment.

- Develop and implement strategies for effective debt recovery, including customer engagement and negotiation tactics.

- Monitor and analyze delinquency trends and take proactive measures to minimize defaults.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies during collection activities.

- Prepare and present regular reports on collection performance, recovery rates, and key metrics to senior management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as legal and credit departments to resolve complex cases.

- Maintain positive customer relationships while managing sensitive recovery situations.

Qualifications and Skills:
