Senior PHP Developer (4-6 yrs)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PHP Developer to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh.

As a Senior PHP Developer, you will be a cornerstone of our development team, contributing to high-performance back-end systems, scalable front-end solutions, and end-to-end software architectures.

Key Responsibilities

Back-End Development :

- Architect, develop, and optimize scalable and secure back-end systems using PHP frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.

- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and web services (REST/GraphQL).

- Manage database systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL solutions such as MongoDB.

Front-End Integration :

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate UI/UX designs with responsive and dynamic functionality.

- Utilize JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js for front-end interactions.

Code Quality & Standards :

- Implement clean, maintainable, and reusable code adhering to SOLID principles, DRY methodology, and design patterns.

- Conduct code reviews and enforce industry best practices for development, security, and performance.

Collaboration & Troubleshooting :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Diagnose, debug, and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain system reliability.

Leadership & Mentorship :

- Mentor junior developers, fostering growth through knowledge sharing and technical guidance.

- Contribute to project estimations, architecture planning, and technical roadmaps.

Qualifications :

Education & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 4+ years of professional experience in PHP development and related technologies.

Technical Expertise :

- Proficient in modern PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.

- Hands-on experience with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).

- Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Database Management :

- Expertise in relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).

- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (i.e., MongoDB) is a plus.

Problem Solving & Communication :

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation
