Role Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial operations of the company.
- The CFO will play a crucial role in financial planning, risk management, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision-making to drive the company's financial health and long-term success.
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial strategies to drive the company's growth and profitability.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support business objectives.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including RBI and NBFC guidelines.
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls, risk management frameworks, and internal auditing systems.
- Manage capital allocation, fundraising initiatives, and investor relations.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to make strategic business decisions.
- Drive cost optimization and operational efficiencies across financial processes.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and assess potential risks and returns.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- An MBA in Finance is preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in the NBFC or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, taxation, and corporate finance.
- Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives.
- Experience in handling fundraising, capital structuring, and investor relations.
- Expertise in financial modeling, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
