Key Responsibilities:

1. To handle the end to end Recruitment cycle of panels as per the requirement.
2. Source relevant panels from LinkedIn & Naukri.
3. Maintain an active database of verified panels,Sharing Onboarding mails to the panels.
4. Adding panels on the portal and sharing credentials to them.
   
5. All the positions should get closed as per the expected time laid by the management.Which will be communicated from time to time.
6. All the sheets should be maintained properly ,and should be updated regularly.
   
7. Assignment - Calling - Reviewing CV's, Finding relevant ones and calling them, follow up until it gets assigned.
8. Arranging Panels for SME Calls - Checking relevant panels Cv's, Calling them for SME Call, Sharing with Operation team
9. Coordination- Day-to-Day Coordination with Operation Team for Assignments, Panels sharing or SME calls or for rubrics.
10. Following up with a non trained panel for their training.
11. Removing suspicious,fraud & not interested panels from the portal on a regular basis and replacing them with good panels.
    
12. Handling panels queries related to interviews/payment/dashboard.
    
13. Should be flexible to stretch working hours as per the need of the organization.
    
14. Should be flexible to move to any other department as per the need of the business.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of technical skills and IT terminology.
• A Strong personality with the Experience in people management , Client Handling, Client Engagement , Account Management.
• Candidate should be from Recruitment & Staffing Industry, Software development, IT Service & Consulting industry.
• In-depth knowledge of technical skills and IT terminology.
• Proven experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
• Candidates should be comfortable for Face to Face Interview.
• Candidate should be comfortable with 6 Days.
• Only Female required.
