Responsibilities

• Must have 2-6 years of experience as Domestic IT Recruiter.
• Ensure end-to-end lifecycle of Domestic IT recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, and coordinating for interviews.
• Execute strategic hiring programs as a Domestic IT recruiter, keeping in mind the Information Technology trends
• Manage the Domestic IT talent hub through job boards and procure the right talent for the company by screening resumes and managing the database
• Engage with potential candidates on social media platforms
• Must have Strong technical expertise with the skillset to comprehend and communicate job requirements in the Domestic IT sector
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills, along with a flair for networking
• Ability to be self-driven and work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment
