Job Description

  • Role: Manage Adobe Campaign-related projects, focusing on technical implementation and process optimization.
  • Key Attributes:
    • Strong technical knowledge and project management experience.

    • Process-oriented and analytical with a focus on building future-ready systems.

External & Internal Interfaces:

  • External: Vendors, Contractors (if available).
  • Internal:
    • Global Loyalty Technology team
    • Global Communications team
    • Business stakeholders across EU and NA Loyalty
    • Other teams including Global Marketing & Global Tech.

Job Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree required.
    • Masters degree (e.g., MBA, MS in Computer Science, M.Tech) preferred.
  • Relevant Experience:
    • 6+ years in project management, with specific experience in communication platforms or MarTech stacks.
  • Behavioural Skills:
    • Delivery excellence.
    • Business disposition.
    • Social intelligence.
    • Innovation and agility.

Knowledge Areas:

  • Adobe Campaign fundamentals (campaign creation, segmentation, workflows, and reporting).
  • Project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Lifecycle management of projects involving cross-functional teams.
  • Risk management and resource planning.
  • Process improvement techniques for optimizing workflows and productivity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Execution:
    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for Adobe Campaign initiatives.
    • Track progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
  2. Stakeholder Communication:
    • Serve as the main point of contact between marketing, IT, and external vendors, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  3. Technical Oversight:
    • Oversee technical aspects of Adobe Campaign projects, including data integration, system configuration, and troubleshooting.
    • Ensure best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Risk and Issue Management:
    • Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues that could impact project timelines or quality.
  5. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders, documenting progress, challenges, and resolutions.
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  6. Training and Support:
    • Provide training and support to team members on Adobe Campaign functionalities and best practices.
    • Help drive user adoption and effective usage of the platform.
  7. Continuous Improvement:
    • Analyze project outcomes, gather feedback, and implement process enhancements to improve workflows.

  • Strong technical expertise in Adobe Campaign and MarTech platforms.
  • Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.
