Job Description

1. Technical Skills:

  • Adobe Campaign:
    • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Campaign configuration, administration, and maintenance.
    • Experience with workflows, integrations, and reporting in Adobe Campaign.
    • Troubleshooting technical issues within Adobe Campaign.
    • Expertise in data integration and managing accurate data imports/exports.
  • Marketing Technology (MarTech Stack):
    • Understanding of digital marketing best practices and marketing technology tools.
    • Email, SMS, and push notification campaign design and execution.
  • Data Integration and SQL:
    • Experience in SQL and API handling for seamless integration between Adobe Campaign and other platforms.
  • Agile Methodologies:
    • Experience with SAFe Agile, managing agile ceremonies, and collaborating with global teams of in-house and vendor partners.
  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC):
    • Managing software development processes from requirement intake to deployment.
  • Risk Management:
    • Proactively identifying risks and providing solutions to ensure project timelines and quality.

2. Project Management Skills:

  • Program Management:
    • Managing the day-to-day operations of Adobe Campaign from a technical perspective.
    • Coordinating with product managers, architects, and various teams to align backlogs and requirements.
    • Managing timelines, guiding stakeholder expectations, and ensuring smooth execution of features.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborating with marketing, analytics, IT, personalization, and other teams to align objectives and improve campaign strategies.
    • Partnering with cross-functional teams, including loyalty, personalization, and marketing, to refine feature requirements and align with stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Leading discussions with product owners, managers, and technical teams to align on feature requirements.
    • Managing communication roadmaps and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

3. Leadership & Behavioral Skills:

  • Leadership:
    • Leading teams in a SAFe Agile environment, overseeing multiple teams (including vendors and internal teams).
    • Acting as a liaison for development teams and contractors to remove roadblocks and ensure smooth program progress.
  • Delivery Excellence:
    • Ensuring optimal performance of Adobe Campaign instances and handling performance-related issues.
    • Developing and maintaining reporting dashboards to track campaign performance, audience engagement, and system metrics.
  • Business Disposition:
    • Balancing business goals with technical execution to ensure project outcomes align with business priorities.
  • Innovation & Agility:
    • Bringing innovative solutions to improve processes and resolve challenges.
    • Adapting quickly to changes in project requirements and ensuring agility across the team.

4. Communication & Documentation Skills:

  • Communication:
    • Managing clear communication across various teams, ensuring alignment and timely updates.
    • Writing clear, detailed documentation for processes, workflows, and best practices related to Adobe Campaign.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Creating comprehensive documentation to ensure continuity in project processes and deliverables.
    • Reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring the team is aligned with project goals.

5. Knowledge & Experience:

  • Adobe Campaign: Detailed knowledge of the platform (including setup, integrations, reporting, and troubleshooting).
  • Project Management Methodologies: Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • MarTech Platforms: Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools, especially around campaign automation and optimization.
  • Data and Analytics: Ability to collaborate with data and analytics teams to define and report on key performance metrics.
  • Customer Experience Impact: Understanding of how marketing efforts impact customer experience and business value.
