Job Description:
- The Enterprise Account Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth, focusing on small to midsized companies. This role involves prospecting, developing leads, managing the sales cycle, closing deals, building long term relationships, and positioning digital assessment products as the preferred solution for their hiring needs.
- This role requires a strong understanding of sales processes, client engagement, and a keen interest in talent assessment technology. The ideal candidate is a motivated and goal-oriented sales professional with experience in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Pipeline Development:
- Identify and engage potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and manage the sales cycle from initial outreach to closing.
- Conduct product demos and sales presentations to demonstrate the value of our assessment solutions to potential clients.
Sales Strategy Execution:
- Execute the sales strategy and meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Understand client needs and propose relevant solutions that align with their hiring goals and challenges.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation initiatives and nurture client relationships.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations, including HR managers and hiring teams.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and maintain ongoing communication to support account growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on how our digital assessments can enhance their recruitment processes.
Market Analysis & Feedback:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging market needs.
- Provide regular feedback to the product team based on client requirements and market dynamics to support product development.
- Attend industry events and participate in webinars to represent the company and stay connected with trends in the assessment space. Reporting & Sales Metrics.
- Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics, including pipeline progress, sales forecasts, and conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure timely updates on all sales activities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to leadership, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
