About the Job:

The Enterprise Account Manager is expected to play a pivotal role in increasing the wallet share of existing accounts and hunt for new business. This role involves planning, prospecting, developing leads, managing the sales cycle, closing deals, building long-term relationships to ensure the proper positioning of the career transition business in the marketplace. This role requires a strong understanding of the web of influence of an account, adherence to sales processes and a customer centric approach. The ideal candidate is a motivated and goal-oriented sales professional with experience in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Pipeline Development-

- Consultative, trusted sales advisor approach to identify customer needs and offer a solution

- Should have the ability to generate leads through an omni-channel approach with utilizing of social media & other data intelligence platforms.

- Connect with existing customers often to understand their current and future needs, with an ability to build a strong bond.

- Should have the ability to engage with CHROs and senior leadership stakeholders

Sales Strategy Execution-

- Should have a working understanding of data intelligence platforms and leverage their utilization during prospecting

- Should have a clear understanding of the ideal customer profile

- Work with the marketing team and the regional manager to build an engagement for the customer.

Client Relationship Management-

- Build strong bonds as a trusted advisor with existing customers in the region.

- Work with the operations teams to smoothly onboard new clients and maintain ongoing communication to support account growth.

Account Management-

- Work closely with existing customers to meet existing and future needs.

- Provide regular feedback to the operations team on service delivery.

- Work with the operations team to ensure "customer delight" Reporting & Sales Metrics

- Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics, including pipeline progress and revenue forecast.

- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure timely updates on all sales activities.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports to leadership, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement
