Job Summary:
We seek a proactive HR Operations Executive with Advanced Excel skills, excellent
communication, and knowledge of HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage HR operations: onboarding, documentation, records, and compliance.
Use Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) for HR reporting and payroll
support.
ï‚•
ï‚•
Handle employee queries, engagement activities, and internal communication.
Ensure adherence to HR policies, labour laws, and data accuracy.
Key Skills:

Advanced Excel proficiency & HR operational experience.
Strong communication & presentable personality.
Basic knowledge of HR compliance & policies.
Qualification and Experience:

Graduation is must
