Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for an Investor Relationship Manager to help manage investor communications,
financial reporting, and funding activities. This role involves working with banks and lenders,
preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with loan agreements
Key Responsibilities:

Support in origination and execution of debt. Prepare transaction-related data and
material e.g. Teasers, Information memorandums, CAMs etc.
Prepare monthly reports/data packs and book debts to be shared with lenders for their
monitoring exercise.
Assist in treasury management by originating, executing, and monitoring money market
investments, FDs etc.
Monitor and report compliance of covenants on a quarterly basis or as laid out in loan
agreement.
Conducts industry research and develops knowledge materials.
Skills & Qualifications:

Prior experience in creating data packs/CAMs/diligence notes for lenders.
You function well in a complex and evolving environment, which requires a lot of
coordination with various parties involved.

Graduate Degree in Business/ finance or similar field (master’s degree is a plus)
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a relevant field; banking/NBFC/fund for
preparing CAMs/lender notes.
Good proficiency in written English, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experienced in Balance Sheet and P&L analysis.
