Product Manager- Home Appliances (Small Domestic Appliances)

Role & responsibilities

1. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
2. Develop a product strategy and roadmap
3. Define the product concept, specifications, and requirements based on market analysis and customer feedback.
4. Product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products.
5. Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
6. Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and distribution plans.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product messaging, promotional campaigns, and sales enablement materials.
8. Provide training and support to the sales team to effectively communicate the product's value proposition to customers.
9. Track product performance through sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to make informed decisions on product iterations or discontinuation.
10. Implement a feedback loop to continuously improve the product based on user experience, technological advancements, and competitive actions.
11. Monitor and manage product costs to ensure profitability and sustainability.
